Shipping & Handling

The Company will use its best efforts to adhere to the scheduled delivery dates; however, delays caused by reasons beyond the Company's control shall extend the shipping dates for a period sufficient to permit the Company to ship. The Company is under no obligation to accept any change in delivery dates that request earlier delivery.

Nett Technologies cannot be held liable for the refusal of, delay of, loss of, or damage to a shipment of any item. The customer agrees to indemnify Nett Technologies for any and all costs, fees, and expenses Nett Technologies incur due to any violation of any local, state, federal, national or international laws or regulations. The customer agrees to take responsibility for lost packages that were not independently insured or sent without requiring a signature. The customer understands they will be liable in the event of additional fees, tariffs, or legal issues such as border seizure. The customer accepts these risks and agrees to release Nett Technologies of all liability.

Nett Technologies reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee on every order being shipped from our facility. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited.
