Warranty
The Company warrants its emission conditioning products ("conditioners") and standard exhaust products for twelve months from the day of shipment, against defect or failure due to material or workmanship as determined at the sole discretion of the Company.Applicable for specific product categories, the above warranty is herein extended or limited, as follows:
Catalytic mufflers and catalytic exhaust gas purifiers:
The Company also guarantees the performance of its catalytic mufflers and catalytic exhaust gas purifiers for a period of one year from the date of shipment. For the purpose of this warranty, the conditioner performance shall be measured on a properly maintained engine that meets its manufacturer's emission specifications or emission certification levels. The emissions shall be measured at a steady-state engine condition and under engine load that is sufficient to raise the exhaust gas temperature at the inlet to the conditioner to at least 300°C unless a different emission test procedure or conditions are specified. Products certified and/or verified by the EPA/California ARB are warranted according to EPA/California ARB warranty requirements.
Nett® Air-to-Fuel Ratio Controller System (BlueCAT™ 300):
The Company guarantees its Digital Air-to-Fuel Controllers against defects and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of shipment. The Company also guarantees the oxygen sensor and the modulating solenoid against defects and workmanship for a period of three months from the date of shipment.
All other Nett® products:
The Company warrants its products for twelve months against defect or failure due to workmanship as determined at the Company's sole discretion. All products and conditioners showing any of the following signs of improper use or abuse shall not be considered in-warranty failures:
- Damage in shipment.
- Improper storage, handling, application, or sizing, including any usage contrary to the Company's directions, specifications, and instructions.
- Improper installation or failure to properly maintain the conditioner, including holes drilled into the conditioner or welding to the conditioner body, moisture damage, rust or corrosion, and evidence of disassembly or attempted field repair.
- Any conditioner that shows thermal damage paint being sprayed into the conditioner, or application of solvents or detergents to the conditioner.
- Any conditioner which was exposed to known catalyst poisons. These include, but are not limited to, masking agents such as phosphorus, silicon, and sulfur, heavy metals, and halogenated compounds.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or negligence.
Other application-specific sources of non-conformance may also apply, which would render the warranty null and void. The Company reserves the right to make all determinations as to the cause of such defects or failures and to request that the product not be removed from nor altered on the vehicle on which it is installed without a prior physical inspection by the Company.
Subject to the terms herein, the Company's obligation under this warranty is to repair in part or in whole any failed unit or components thereof provided the same are returned (transportation prepaid) to the Company's nearest plant within the warranty time period.

The Company, its directors, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, time charges, lost profits, or any other losses incurred in connection with the purchase, installation, replacement or repair of Nett® products or any parts thereof, whether in original equipment or installed as a replacement, covered by this warranty or otherwise, and the Company does not authorize any person to assume for the Company any such liability in connection with the products or parts thereof.Except as expressly stated herein, any other warranties, terms, or conditions either expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, intended or otherwise given, are hereby excluded and are null and void.

Procedures for Warranty claims
Nett Technologies is the final authority on determining the eligibility of any and all warranty claims. Nett Technologies reserves the right to improve, modify, and change parts and design as we continually engineer and improve our products.
In the event a problem occurs with a Nett Technologies component or tune, please contact Nett Technologies Customer Service, store@nettinc.com, or during our normal business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. When speaking to a customer representative, you will need to have your invoice number on hand. The following steps will then be followed:
- A Nett Technologies Representative will determine if the product will have to be returned to Nett Technologies for inspection. The customer will be asked to fill the RMA form and specify the reason for the return. The retailer or the customer will ship the component in question back to Nett Technologies. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be given to be placed clearly on the shipping box. Nett Technologies will reject any returned product without an RMA Label attached to the box and RMA# written on the waybill.
- Shipments will only be accepted within 14 days of the RMA issue date and are subject to inspection.
- Products will be returned to Nett® on a prepaid basis. If confirmed that this is a Nett® issue, the shipment charges will be credited.
- For all international shipments, a customs invoice must be prepared and included in the shipping package. The SAMPLE customs invoice will be provided by Nett Technologies customer service.
- All international shipments must also include a NAFTA certificate, which will be provided by the Nett Technologies representative along with this instructions package (Please call Nett Technologies for NAFTA information when not available).
- All materials will be subject to inspection before a credit is issued. If Nett Technologies finds the component to be defective and within the warranty period, Nett Technologies will repair, replace, or issue a credit to the customer at Nett Technologies' discretion. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the retailer or customer; freight is the retailer's or customer's responsibility. Please note that no replacement warranty parts can be shipped until the original parts are returned to Nett Technologies for inspection. A restocking fee may apply under certain circumstances.

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as www.allaboutcookies.org.
Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section above.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
